About Tettra
Tettra is a commercial internal wiki and knowledge management tool built around answering team questions. Teams can write pages in its editor or import existing content from Google Docs, Notion, PDFs and local files, then let an AI bot named Kai search that content and respond to questions asked in Tettra or in Slack channels and direct messages.
If Kai cannot find an answer, it helps locate the right colleague to ask. Tettra also provides content verification so owners can keep pages current, and a CSAT notifications product called SupportMan. Use cases listed by the vendor include customer support teams, growing companies, HR and operations, agencies and law firms.
Tettra is a hosted service with a free 30-day trial that needs no credit card and includes all features, plus a pricing page and a help center. It suits small and mid-size companies that live in Slack and want fewer repetitive questions.
