About Sifta

Sifta is an assistant powered by AI that serves real estate agents entirely through text messages in the Messages app, with no separate app. It reads the agent's texts and email, remembers details about clients and deals, and handles follow-ups: catching and replying to leads, booking showings, pulling comps, checking details such as flood zones, drafting emails in the agent's voice and briefing the agent each morning.

Agents text it to update the CRM, send documents for signing or finish paperwork, and it keeps a list of open loops such as lenders owing documents or unsigned buyers and chases them. Replies to leads are drafted for the agent to approve before sending. It is described as working with the CRM, MLS, email, calendar and contracts the agent already uses. A 7-day free trial is offered, and cancelling in the first week costs nothing.
