About ShipTell
ShipTell is a customer support platform built around what a product team ships. You connect GitHub once, and it reads PR descriptions, labels, linked issues and commit messages to generate polished release notes with a quality score before publishing. One publish reaches an in-app widget, email, Slack and Discord, and roadmap voters are notified when their request ships.
It combines four products: customer support with a shared inbox, live chat and email ticketing, where AI drafts replies from your actual changelog and a Stripe billing panel appears on each conversation; an AI changelog; a public roadmap with voting; and a knowledge base that generates articles from resolved tickets. Other features include canned responses, internal notes, CSAT, an auto-responder and B2B company accounts. Setup takes about five minutes, with a 7-day free trial without a credit card and plans from $29 a month.
