About ScopePilot

ScopePilot helps freelancers and small studios, such as designers, developers and creatives, handle the client request that is just one small change. You add a project with its agreed deliverables and hourly rate, paste the client's request, and the AI compares it with the scope, marks it as in scope or extra work, and suggests hours and cost for the extra work.

It then drafts a friendly, clear reply with the estimate that you review and adjust before anything is sent, and you set the final price. A Pro feature offers a dedicated client portal to share scope and change requests and keep decisions and project history in one place. The example on the site shows a booking page request estimated at four hours at 75 euros per hour. The site offers a free start without a credit card, with pricing and FAQ sections.
