About Rizen

Rizen is an alarm app for iPhone that you have to earn to silence. The alarm keeps ringing until you complete a task: solve a quick math problem, do squats, push-ups or a plank counted by the camera, give the phone a hard shake, scan a QR code you stashed across the room, tap an NFC tag by the coffee machine, or photograph a made bed or a toothbrush. It also rings on the lock screen.

A movement plan optionally drops short workout alarms between two times you choose, such as a few squats mid-morning or a 30-second plank before dinner, with the camera counting reps so a set only counts if it was done. You can let Rizen pick exercises or set every rep yourself. Alarm sounds can be built-in tones, an MP3 from Files, your own voice or audio from a video, and the app supports ten languages. It is free to download with in-app purchases.
