About Recappy

Recappy is a study app for iPhone and iPad. You scan handwritten notes or a textbook page, upload a PDF or textbook chapter, or paste an article link, and the AI generates quizzes, flashcards or mindmaps from it. A Daily Review Queue on the home screen uses spaced repetition to show what to study today across all your decks.

Study sessions follow active recall: a Fix Weak Items drill after each quiz, mixed sessions of quizzes and flashcards, personalized reminders that mention the subject, a day-streak card and a 12-week activity grid. Decks can be shared through public links, and a capybara character named Cappy sends nudges. Recappy Pro adds unlimited daily reviews and AI generation and 5 GB of document storage, against 100 MB on the free plan.
