About Project Adulting

ProjectAdulting, listed as Brain Dump, is an iOS app for people overwhelmed by everyday admin. You unload bills, errands, chores, deadlines and calls in rough notes without organizing them first, and an AI coach called Nudge helps sort them and find the first useful action.

The app breaks stressful tasks into smaller steps, keeps tasks, notes, routines, reminders and follow-ups together in an inbox, and lets you talk through a problem to build a plan. It also includes lessons on practical skills such as money, career, home and health, and tracks small daily wins without guilt streaks.

The listing is marked as an ADHD life admin and task planner. It is free to download with in-app purchases, and you can try the brain dump and complete a first task during onboarding before choosing the paid Pro access.
