About Nebenkosten Butler

Nebenkosten Butler automates the annual utility cost statement, the Nebenkostenabrechnung used by German landlords. You upload your cost statement as a PDF, and the AI recognizes the relevant data automatically, including allocable and non-allocable costs, the landlord's name, the property address and the rental unit, whatever the layout.

The app then does the calculation. Allocable costs are prorated by the billing period, for example a twelve-month statement for a tenant who lived there six months is divided by twelve and multiplied by six, non-allocable costs are excluded and property tax is taken over directly. You finish in an editable PDF preview, where each column can be adjusted by clicking.
