About Mezmo
Mezmo is a commercial platform for handling telemetry data, known for log analysis and active telemetry pipelines that filter, shape and route data between sources and destinations. Its current focus is agentic SRE, in which AI agents investigate and help resolve production problems using operational context from those pipelines.
The central piece is AURA, an open-source agent harness that runs in the customer's own environment with their tools and telemetry. Mezmo adds governance, memory and controls around it, including specialist workers with isolated context, curated operational context before data reaches a model, and connections to telemetry, infrastructure, runbooks and operational tools.
Use cases listed include AI SRE for root cause analysis, AI-ready context engineering and OpenTelemetry migrations, aimed at site reliability engineers, platform engineers and developers. Mezmo has docs for both products, demos and a pricing page. The core platform is hosted, while AURA is available as open source.
