About Medicase

Medicase is an iPhone and iPad app that trains clinical reasoning through case play instead of flashcards. Each case introduces a patient with age, gender, chief complaint, vitals and history; you order tests, interpret the results, commit to a diagnosis and plan treatment, and unnecessary tests cost you points.

After every case you get a detailed score for tests, diagnosis and treatment, plus personalized AI feedback on your decisions. Difficulty ranges from easy to hard, a daily streak encourages one case a day, a global league lets you compete with classmates, your country and the world, and a mascot called Dr. Pou guides the experience. The listing says it is built for medical students, residency applicants and interns preparing for exams including USMLE, PLAB, MCCQE, AMC and NEET-PG. It is a free download with in-app purchases.
