About LoopSignal

LoopSignal collects customer feedback and sends it to GitHub. You set up public boards on which users propose features and upvote ideas, with no account required, and an embeddable widget drops into an app with one script tag. Built-in spam detection and an approval workflow keep the board tidy, and when you approve a request a GitHub issue is created automatically. When the issue is closed the changelog updates itself.

The pitch is that GitHub is the backend rather than a bolted-on integration, so approval creating an issue works on every plan. Pricing is flat and does not depend on the number of tracked users. The Free plan includes one project with up to 25 feedback submissions, a public board and changelog, the widget, GitHub Sync and email notifications.

The Basic plan costs $19 per month or $190 per year and adds unlimited submissions, three projects, three team members per project, CSV export and removal of branding, with a Pro tier above it. LoopSignal is a hosted service aimed at solo developers and small teams, with a blog, FAQ and demo.
