About Leafee

Leafee is a plant care assistant. You take a photo and the AI names the plant, describes its characteristics and says whether it looks healthy. A complete profile covers origin, family, light, water and fertilizer needs and ideal temperature, and a health diagnosis looks for signs of disease or deficiency from a photo. The app was previously called PlantBuddy and has been renamed.

Care tools include watering reminders tuned to what each plant requires, a timeline for watering, repotting and fertilizing, and photos to follow a plant's growth. A chatbot answers plant questions, Home Screen widgets show plants needing water, upcoming care and progress, and a mascot with daily check-ins, experience points and streak bonuses gamifies the routine.

The app is available for iPhone and iPad in English and 13 other languages. It is free to download with in-app purchases. Its privacy policy and terms are linked from the developer's site, and the version history shows regular updates since late 2025.
