About KlimaRadar
KlimaRadar monitors retail availability and prices of the Midea PortaSplit portable split air conditioner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It checks about 27 retailer sources every minute and shows a live status list of online offers and store stock, including large DIY chains, electronics retailers and marketplace listings, with a map view and a filter by postal code and radius. An unknown status is never counted as sold out.
To get notified, you choose a model, a search area and a price limit. When a source gets new stock, an email with a link to the retailer is sent right away. The alert is a one-time payment for a chosen period of 7, 30 or 60 days, ends automatically and involves no subscription. The site covers the 12,000 BTU PortaSplit and the smaller PortaSplit Cool, with a comparison of the two.
It is a hosted web service in German, and the site also offers a buying guide section. Because it is built around a single product line, it is a narrow stock-tracking tool rather than a general price monitor.
