About kanban.wtf

kanban.wtf is a task manager built around one idea: all your projects on a single board. Each project is a column on a shared dashboard, so there is no switching between tabs or project spaces. It is aimed at people who want to ship and find tools with Gantt charts, time sheets and long forms to be too much.

Workflow states such as Backlog, Todo, In Progress and Done are defined once for the account and used by every project. Tasks move between states by drag and drop, project columns can be reordered, and each project has a short prefix so tasks get keys like WEB-42. Projects are archived and restored rather than deleted, and an API exposes projects, states and tasks to external tools and can create work from forms, scripts and AI workflows.

One plan includes everything, with unlimited projects and tasks, no feature gates and no per-seat charges, at $9 per month. A seven-day free trial needs no credit card, and the FAQ compares it with Jira and Linear.
