Nextcloud Deck

Deck is a kanban-style organization tool for Nextcloud, aimed at personal planning and team project work. It is described as similar to Trello, and because it runs inside Nextcloud it fits into the same file storage, sharing and user management that the rest of the platform uses.

You add tasks to cards and arrange them in stacks, write extra notes in Markdown, assign labels, and share boards with team members, friends or family. Files can be attached and embedded in card descriptions, discussions happen in comments, and an activity stream records changes. It integrates with the Circles app. Mobile apps exist for Android and iOS, and third-party tools can migrate cards from Trello, create cards from email or link cards from notes.

Deck is installed from the Nextcloud app store or from the releases page and is licensed under AGPL-3.0. The README is candid that it is not yet ready for intensive use, because large numbers of boards, cards and attachments generate many database queries and slow page loads. It suits Nextcloud users who want light project boards without adding another service.
