About Kaigi AI
Kaigi AI converts meeting audio and video files into Japanese minutes. You upload a recording from Zoom, Meet or Teams, an IC recorder or a phone, and the service transcribes it with Whisper, translates speech into Japanese when it is in another language and generates minutes with AI. The site is in Japanese and designed for Japanese business meetings.
It supports more than 20 file formats, including MP4, MKV, MOV, MP3, AAC, WAV and WMA, with limits of 8 GB per video file and 5 GB per audio file. Up to 20 specialist terms, company names or personal names can be registered with readings to improve accuracy, and speech in 99 languages is detected automatically. Minutes pull out decisions and action items, add an AI perspective on gaps and risks, and can draft a follow-up message. All past meetings are searchable.
Output can follow honorific keigo styles and ringi or 5W1H business formats, and a domestic AI plan using Sakana is offered. Minutes are stored in the AWS Tokyo region, with AI processing in the US and Japan. The first month includes 90 free minutes with no credit card.
