About Janus
Janus turns study material into flashcards so you spend time memorizing rather than typing cards. You upload content and press a button, and the tool decides how many cards to make. It accepts PDFs, Markdown, YouTube videos, URLs and Readwise highlights, and exports decks to Anki, Mochi and SuperMemo for spaced repetition.
Cards can be cloze deletions, image occlusion or question and answer, and Janus picks the format that fits. An inbox groups cards by highlight so each deck can be reviewed and edited quickly. A highlight-to-flashcards mode lets you select exactly the text worth remembering or give instructions, and you can write and reuse prompts to match your learning style.
The Pro plan is shown at an early-bird price of $7 per month billed annually at $84, with 500 credits a month, extra credits at $1.50 per 100 and premium support. The site lists docs, features, pricing and a team page.
