About GuavaTeam

GuavaTeam is a kanban board app for small teams that positions itself as a pay-once alternative to Trello. Boards hold lists and cards that you drag between lists, with colored labels per board, assignees, checklists showing progress on the card and due dates.

People can be invited by email as viewers or editors or given a read-only link, discussion happens in card comments with @mentions that appear in an in-app bell, and files up to 10 MB can be attached to any card. The site lists what it leaves out: mobile apps, automations, calendar or timeline views and integrations.

It costs a single 20 dollar payment with no renewal, a 14-day refund and future updates included. A 49 dollar bundle covers six apps from the same maker, and the terms promise 30 days' notice and data export if an app is ever shut down.
