About Gmailytics

Gmailytics scans your Gmail inbox and ranks senders by how much mail and space they take. You can select a sender and trash all of its emails at once, which handles years of messages that an unsubscribe alone does not remove, and sort by size to find the biggest storage users.

A newsletter list shows every newsletter in one place and unsubscribes in a single click when the sender allows it, or trashes their mail in bulk. A one-line summary gives the email count, an approximate size, the unread share and the portion that comes from the top 10 senders. The service says it reads metadata only, meaning who sent a message, when, how large it is, its labels and whether it was read, and never subject lines or message bodies, and mentions a Google CASA verification and a Chrome extension. It works on the inbox only, and trashed mail stays recoverable for 30 days.
