About FlawPulse
FlawPulse is a market research tool built on customer complaints. You type the name of an app, product or competitor, and it reads reviews from sources such as the App Store, Google Play, G2, Trustpilot, Product Hunt and Hacker News, clusters the complaints, and returns the loudest pain, an opportunity score, an estimated monthly income range and a recommendation, in about a minute.
Every claim is tied to evidence. The report shows review counts per cluster, severity, the incumbents it compared, the factors behind the score such as willingness to pay and market dissatisfaction, and real user quotes with a source you can open. A live progress view narrates each real step, with exact counts and source names, and it names a wedge, the specific opening a new entrant could take. Pricing is pay per use with no subscription and credits that never expire. Signing up gives a free first search, and the site says you are not charged if it cannot build a real report.
