About FitnessGPT

FitnessGPT is an AI nutrition coach for iPhone. You answer lifestyle questions to get personal recommendations, then log meals by sending a message, describing them by voice or uploading a photo, and the app looks up calorie and macro data in nutrition databases and saves it to a food diary calendar. Apple Health integration tracks calories in and out.

Beyond logging, it can search for healthy meals near your location, scan restaurant menus and recommend a suitable dish for your goals, and answer general nutrition questions with scientific citations. Custom goals and analytics show progress. Since the start of 2026 it also lets users log GLP-1 or peptide doses, track dose escalation and get reminders next to nutrition and weight. The app is free to download with in-app purchases and is listed in Health and Fitness.
