About FFocus

FitFocus, listed as FFocus, is a web fitness coach that creates plans from the numbers you enter: body metrics, goal, training days, diet style and allergies. In under a minute it writes a weekly workout split over two to four days plus a seven-day meal plan, rather than filling in a fixed template. You can swap out exercises you will not do, and each has its own guide page.

The exercise library holds 1,365 exercises with animated form demonstrations, and an AI rep counter can use your camera. Meal plans are built around calories, macros and taste preferences and include nutrition breakdowns, recipes and, on Premium, a shopping list, an image for each meal, plan history and downloadable PDFs. The site also has a dashboard, challenges, a workouts section and a blog. The Basic plan is free and includes one meal plan and one workout plan generation. Premium is $9.99 a month and adds unlimited meal plan generations and workout regeneration.
