About EvyOS

EvyOS is a personal operating system for managing goals, projects, tasks, habits, skills, notes and calendar in one place instead of across several apps. Projects can have goals, timelines, milestones and linked tasks, so daily actions connect to bigger ambitions and progress is visible in one view.

It can be used alone, in shared workspaces with other people, or through ChatGPT and Claude via an MCP server. The site also hosts a few lightweight extras: a goal tracker, a 90-day goal tracker, a life dashboard, a goal roast experiment, free timers and stopwatches, and a set of small games for teams.

The pitch is replacing separate task, project, habit and learning tools with one product. The site says it is free for as long as you like with no card required, and the Pro plan costs $15 a month, which it compares with paying separately for four single-purpose apps.
