About Eddy

Eddy is a cloud HR and payroll platform for small and midsize businesses. It replaces spreadsheets, paper files and a patchwork of separate apps with one system for hiring, onboarding, managing and paying employees.

Payroll imports hours, time off and deductions, calculates taxes and withholdings automatically, and the vendor says it handles quarterly and annual tax filings, including W-2 and 1099-NEC preparation. Other modules cover worker data and documents, hiring, onboarding, and time and attendance, with benefits information feeding into payroll.

Eddy is a hosted commercial product. Because its tax features refer to US forms, it is aimed mainly at US employers. The site offers a guided tour, demo booking and a pricing page, along with a help center, blog and an HR encyclopedia.
