About CopyCat

CopyCat is a clipboard manager for the Mac. Instead of overwriting one item each time you copy, it stacks everything you copy, so you can gather several values from different apps and paste them later. Clipboard history stays on your Mac, which the vendor stresses as a privacy feature.

A keyboard shortcut opens a compact palette over your current app, where you can search as you type, move with the arrow keys, or use number shortcuts for quick picks. Pressing Return restores focus and pastes the item. It recognizes text, links, emails, colors, images, screenshots, videos and files, pins favorites, and groups history by day with the source app shown.

CopyCat requires macOS 15 or later, is signed and notarized, and is sold as a one-time purchase usable on unlimited Macs. It is closed-source desktop software with no self-hosted component.
