About CoachReflection

CoachReflection is a reflective journaling app for sports coaches. After a session, a coach can type, speak or snap a photo, and an AI asks follow-up questions to help them identify what worked, what to explore and how it connects to players and earlier sessions.

The tool remembers players and spots patterns across sessions, accepts chat, voice notes that are transcribed, and uploaded session plans, and builds a searchable record of a coaching career. Entries can be exported, and the site presents them as evidence for continuing professional development. It covers football, rugby, basketball, tennis, swimming and more than ten other sports.

CoachReflection was built by Kevin Middleton, a coach with over 16 years of experience, and is a proprietary hosted product. It lets coaches try it without a credit card, and plan details are on its pricing page.
