About Bazarr
Bazarr works alongside Sonarr and Radarr to find and fetch subtitles for the TV shows and movies in your library. Preferences are set per series or per movie, and Bazarr takes care of the rest, picking up new episodes and films as Sonarr and Radarr add them.
It can scan an existing library for embedded and external subtitles and download any that are missing, keep a history of what was downloaded, from where and when, and offer manual search for on-demand downloads. It upgrades subtitles when a better one is found, can delete external subtitle files, and supports 184 subtitle languages including forced and foreign subtitles, depending on the provider.
Bazarr does not scan disks to detect media itself; it only manages what Sonarr and Radarr have indexed. It supports many subtitle providers, runs on Windows, Linux, macOS and Raspberry Pi, and is written in Python under GPL-3.0, with a wiki for documentation and Discord for support.
