About Azure IoT Hub
Azure IoT Hub is a managed service in Microsoft Azure that acts as the central message hub between IoT applications and the devices they manage. It supports secure two-way communication, so devices can send telemetry to the cloud and receive commands and configuration back.
Beyond messaging, the service lets teams provision devices, monitor them and push configuration, and the vendor describes it as able to handle very large device fleets. It integrates with other Azure products for storage, analytics and application hosting, making it a common starting point for IoT solutions built on Azure.
Azure IoT Hub is a hosted commercial service available through Azure, with pricing under the Azure pricing pages. It is not offered as self-hosted software.
