About Apograph

Apograph is an iPhone transcription app that runs OpenAI Whisper models locally on the phone's GPU. Recordings, transcripts and speaker labels never leave the device, there is no account or server, and it works in Airplane Mode. The app detects among 99 languages automatically, including some that the iPhone's built-in transcription does not support.

You can record with a tap, through Siri, the Control Center tile or the Action button, or import audio and video from Files, Photos or the share sheet. Three model tiers are offered: Fast ships with the app, while Balanced and Best download once and stay on the device. Transcripts can be edited in place, tapping a sentence plays that passage, and the app labels who said what. Apograph is developed by Sinergy Labs and is free to download with in-app purchases, where Pro is a one-time purchase.
