About Amazon Keyspaces
Amazon Keyspaces (for Apache Cassandra) is a scalable, highly available and managed database service from AWS that is compatible with Apache Cassandra. Teams can use Cassandra Query Language and familiar drivers without running and maintaining their own Cassandra clusters.
The service is serverless, so capacity scales with the workload, and AWS handles tasks such as provisioning, patching and replication. It suits applications that already use a wide-column Cassandra data model and want to move to a managed platform while staying on AWS.
Keyspaces is a proprietary AWS service and cannot be self-hosted. Charges follow AWS usage-based pricing, described on the service's pricing page.
