Fider is a feedback portal for feature requests and suggestions. It gives customers a place to tell a product team what they need, so the team spends less time guessing and more time building the right thing.
Topics on the repository point to its focus on customer feedback, ideas, suggestions and feature requests. Fider can be used through Fider Cloud, a fully managed service run by its creators that takes care of updates and patches, or installed on your own servers and infrastructure at no cost, with the self-hoster responsible for operating it.
Fider is written in Go and licensed under AGPL-3.0. The project is supported by donations and sponsors, and organizations that rely on it can sponsor the work in return for a logo on the README. A demo, documentation and a public Fider feedback board are linked from the repository.
