About WhatCopilot
WhatCopilot turns data from Whatnot, the live-selling marketplace, into decisions for the next show. Sellers import their Seller Weekly Orders Report, and the dashboard shows net and gross sales, estimated margin, tips, orders and refund rate with trends, so there is no spreadsheet to rebuild after every live. The product is in beta.
Orion is an AI copilot that answers questions in plain language using the shop's own numbers and suggests next steps. Other modules include inventory with stock and cost of goods and low-stock alerts, delivery tools with a pack queue, tracking and buyer status, a livestream comparison by sales, margin, buyer mix and how quickly items sell through, a view of high-value buyers, product margin ranking by SKU, and a calendar for scheduling lives. WhatTrack adds market heat data.
