Vocaflow

SaaS

VocaFlow transcribes video and audio in 98+ languages into editable timestamped text, translates it into about 30 languages and exports subtitle files.

About Vocaflow

VocaFlow is a hosted transcription and subtitling tool. You drop in a file such as MP4, MOV, MP3 or WAV, or paste a link from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X, and timestamped segments appear as it works. The workspace lets you click a line to jump the player there, fix text inline and search across every segment, with edits carried into exports.

Translation covers about 30 languages through DeepL and gives you a second transcript to read next to the original, and a one-click summary is available. Exports include SRT and TXT on every plan, with VTT and JSON on paid plans, so subtitle files can go straight into an editor. It is aimed at people turning one video, podcast or recording into content for audiences in other languages. You can start for free.
