About TotalKPI

TotalKPI gathers metrics from different tools into one workspace. It connects to Stripe and Google Search Console and to any JSON API endpoint, with polling from every minute up to every 24 hours. Data can also be imported from CSV files, with automatic detection of dates, currencies and metric names, or pushed from any system through inbound webhooks, where JSON templates map incoming payloads to metrics.

Its signature feature is overlaying metrics from unrelated sources on one chart, automatically normalizing different scales to a 0-100% range so patterns stand out. Every combined view calculates Pearson correlation to show whether two metrics move together, diverge or are unrelated. Charts support hover values, zoom, annotations for launches and campaigns, and forward-looking trend projections.

Metrics can be grouped into projects and pages by product, team or business area. The product is described as heavier than Geckoboard but lighter than Tableau and has comparison pages against Databox, Geckoboard, Supermetrics and SimpleKPI.
