TinyKPI

SaaS

Mac app that keeps live business metrics from your connected tools in a small customizable dashboard around the MacBook notch, stored locally.

About TinyKPI

TinyKPI is a native macOS app that turns the space around the MacBook notch into a compact dashboard. You connect the tools you already use, pick the metrics you care about, and keep them visible at a glance. A separate view can be set up for each project, and cards can be moved, resized and arranged on a canvas.

It offers three levels of detail: a compact notch view, an expanded notch and a full dashboard. The dashboard can sit below the notch, around it or along the left, right or bottom screen edge. Integrations cover payment providers (Stripe, Polar, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy), web analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog, Plausible, Fathom), SEO (Search Console, Bing Webmaster), product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel), user management (Clerk, Firebase) and your own PostgreSQL, MongoDB or MySQL data.

Privacy is a stated design point: credentials stay on the device, queries run from your Mac and business data is not stored on TinyKPI servers. It requires macOS 14 or later and is sold as a one-time $29 purchase with no subscription, for one Mac.
