About Texty

Texty adds an AI writing assistant directly to the iPhone keyboard, so it can be used while chatting, writing emails or posting on social media. You give it a prompt to generate a message, reply or idea, or tap Improve to fix grammar and spelling in what you have already typed.

Other actions include changing the tone of a message to something friendlier, more professional or more confident, translating the text into several languages and comparing the text before and after the change so you stay in control. The listing suggests it for emails, direct messages, job applications, cover letters and social posts, and says typing data is not stored or shared. The app is free to download with in-app purchases and runs on iPhone and iPad.
