About TDEEKit
TDEEKit is a web calculator for estimating how many calories you burn and what to eat for a goal. From one set of inputs, sex, age, weight, height, activity level and goal, it shows BMR using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, TDEE from an activity multiplier, a calorie target and a daily macro split with a protein figure. Metric and imperial units are supported, and every step of the calculation is shown.
If you know your body-fat percentage it switches to the Katch-McArdle equation, which uses lean mass. Goals range from a fast or slow deficit to maintenance and a lean or fast surplus, each with a stated percentage and a note on its trade-offs, and a table compares calories and weekly change for every goal.
The calculator is free with no sign-up. A paid plan at 14 pounds turns the numbers into a training plan with targets for workout and rest days, a breakdown by meal, a 12-week projection against a goal weight and a weekly protocol.
