About Tably
Tably gives each company its own workspace to share out work. The owner creates it with the company name, invites employees by link with a job title, department and role, and assigns tasks that have a title, due date, priority and a single owner. Tasks move from To do to Done on a board and keep their comment thread. On the calendar every task sits on its due date, daily workload estimates are summed and late items are visible, so the team can see who is doing what this week.
Roles are owner, administrator, manager and employee, with employees seeing only their own work and filtering done when data is read from the database. An activity log, permissions and settings give the owner control, and people who leave can be deactivated without erasing their history. Ora, an assistant inside the workspace, acts on requests such as creating a task, summarizing the week, finding files or checking who is free, and actions can be undone. Messages are encrypted, and the site offers a demo workspace and no credit card.
