About SteadyLink
SteadyLink is built for files that are linked from many places and need to change over time. You upload a file, receive a stable URL, and later publish a replacement that is served at the same address, so there is no need to update every page, email or document that uses it. Each asset keeps its revision history, and the visitor's browser never sees a version number or storage path in the URL.
When a request arrives the service checks the access policy, selects the current revision, prepares the requested format, such as a resized AVIF image, and serves it from an edge location near the visitor. A workspace shows versions, links and delivery status for every live file, and delivery analytics track requests, bandwidth, cache hits, response times and the most requested files. A convert area is linked from the site. On the free plan you get 10 GB storage, 50 GB delivery a month and a 30-day revision history.
