About Sociano

Sociano gives you a calmer view of social media on iPhone. It keeps the useful parts, direct messages, search, posting and profiles, and removes Reels, Shorts, the endless feed and autoplay. You sign in once with your existing accounts and nothing migrates or breaks.

It works with Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Reddit, with more planned. Optional daily limits per platform and usage insights help keep screen time down. The site says the app runs on your device and connects directly to the apps you already use, with only anonymous crash and usage diagnostics, no ads and no behavioral profile, and you can delete your account and data at any time. It also publishes guides and comparisons of app blockers.
