About Shortlist
Shortlist is an AI job application agent. It reads jobs from employers' own career sites every six hours, shows matches with a fit score and a requirements read, and when a job fits it fills in the real application form in your words using details you typed once. You can approve each application after seeing every answer, pick the resume version per job and undo a send for four seconds.
On paid plans an Autopilot mode applies within minutes of a new match according to a rule you set, such as match score, role and number a day, and sends a mail after each batch with a pause link. Questions it cannot answer are flagged and wait for you, and it never makes things up. Replies from employers are kept on the application they belong to. The live job board lists thousands of jobs with the salary where posted. Free users get 10 applications without a card.
