About ShipHero
ShipHero is a warehouse management system for ecommerce brands and 3PL providers that run their own warehouses and shipping operations. It brings order, inventory and returns management together with the floor-level tools that warehouse staff use each day.
Features include picking and packing, receiving and putaway, live carrier rate shopping, mobile replenishment, tap-to-pack workflows, pick-to-light, pack-to-light and receive-to-light options, and AI-assisted picking. Labor management dashboards show cost and performance for pickers and packers, and a client portal and work orders support 3PLs serving several customers.
ShipHero integrates with Shopify, Magento 2, BigCommerce, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, NetSuite, Brightpearl and carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. It is a commercial hosted product with API documentation, training and professional services, suited to brands that have outgrown spreadsheets or basic shipping apps.
