About Sequo
Sequo takes a short description of a web project and writes an ordered build plan plus seven project documents (idea, specification, architecture, development plan, decisions, invariants and coding standards), along with CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md. Each step comes with a prompt to paste into Claude Code or Codex, and every prompt tells the agent to read those documents first.
Steps are ordered with their dependencies shown, such as comments needing the viewer first, so the agent builds in the right order. The example is a tool where designers upload mockups and clients comment on images, planned as eight steps from Supabase setup to deployment on Vercel. Each step splits what you prepare yourself, like creating a Supabase project and keys, from what the agent runs. When the agent errors, you paste the message back and Sequo answers from your own project documents with a follow-up prompt, and plans can be revised when you change your mind. The site says ideas are not used for training, no account is needed until the plan is written, and MCP, design and GitHub features are in the works.
