About Ryze
Ryze AI is an iPhone and iPad fitness app that scans a photo of your physique and rates it with AI. The result includes an overall score, a potential score, a body fat estimate and a breakdown by muscle group covering shoulders, chest, arms, abs, back, V-taper and symmetry. The app then builds a workout plan around the lowest-scoring muscle groups.
Other features include calorie and macro estimates from a photo of your food with manual adjustment, a push-up challenge that earns XP, short video demonstrations of each exercise, and rescans every four weeks with side-by-side before and after comparisons. Workouts can be set up for a full gym, bodyweight only or dumbbells only, and a gamified rank system runs from Rookie to Legend through five ranks. The app is free to download, but full features need a subscription, with weekly, 3-month and annual plans shown inside the app.
