About Run Plan
Run Plan is a hosted service that creates personalized running plans. You connect a Strava or Garmin account, tell it your next goal, such as a 10K, half marathon or marathon, and an AI coach builds a plan from your level and training history. The site contrasts it with static PDF plans and presents it as a way to plan an entire running year rather than one race.
Runs sync automatically from Garmin and Strava, so no manual logging is needed, and the daily workout can be sent to a Garmin watch automatically or manually. The plan adapts when circumstances change: you can report an injury, training that feels too hard or too easy, a changed schedule, missed workouts, travel or low motivation, and the AI adjusts the program through conversation. Each workout lists distance, moving time and the training zone.
Season planning lets runners stack training blocks and recovery toward several goals at once, for example multiple 10Ks, half marathons and marathons that peak at different times. The tool is a hosted commercial service with plans listed on its pricing page.
