Rezmatch.ai

Rezmatch.ai is a parse-and-match API for products that hire. It takes a resume as a PDF, raw text or a URL, plus a job description, and returns clean JSON along with a candidate-role fit score. Parsing is meant to cope with real-world resumes in any industry and format, and the output uses normalized fields such as E.164 phone numbers, canonical titles and employers, computed tenures and skills pinned to a taxonomy.

Matching treats hard requirements as gates on the score, and each point is explained with evidence about requirements that were met or missed, rather than a bare verdict. The sample output also shows sensitive fields, including name and age or gender proxies, being redacted. The service is offered as a REST API, an MCP server and Agent Skills, and the site says resumes are never stored.

It targets job boards, staffing platforms, applicant tracking systems, recruiting agents, sourcing tools and HR analytics, as well as talent marketplaces and screening copilots.
