About Recommended
Recommended is a hosted AI visibility tool for local businesses. You find your business by name, approve five questions it writes for your city, worded the way a customer would ask them, and every week it puts those questions to six AI engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews. Each check records whether your business was named and which pages the engine read.
The trend is shown over time, separating answers that name you from sources the AI read, since a site can be read without being named. Each check produces a short action plan: getting listed on the directories and sites the engines read, drafts of website pages for questions where you are missing, up to five per location a week, and review signals once you connect your Google profile. You can begin without a Google sign-in or any installation.
