About Recip

Recip, renamed Recipe AI in its App Store listing, is a recipe saver and meal planner for iPhone and iPad. You share a cooking video from Reels, TikTok or Shorts, paste a website link, or photograph a recipe card or cookbook page, and the AI pulls out the ingredients, steps and nutrition when available. Recipes sort into folders automatically and can be searched by name or ingredient.

Saved recipes can be dragged onto days and meals of a weekly plan, with reminders before cooking and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. A hands-free cooking mode offers large text, voice commands for moving between steps, built-in timers from the recipe steps and a Live Activity on the Lock Screen. Saving manually and importing from websites is free, with a daily limit on AI imports, and Pro unlocks unlimited AI imports, cooking mode and iCloud backup.
