You photograph a receipt, or a batch from your photo library, and on-device text recognition with AI reads the merchant, total, date and every line item, including from crumpled or faded receipts. Photos are never uploaded, only extracted text is processed, and no bank connection is needed. Manual entry works in more than 150 currencies.

A searchable vault groups receipts by project, client or trip and can be backed up to one file. Reminders alert you before a return or warranty window closes. Monthly budgets by category show a live gauge and alerts, recurring bills and forgotten subscriptions are tracked, and tax-deductible and reimbursable spending can be marked for CSV or PDF accountant exports. AI insights give a monthly plain-English summary and an Ask My Money question feature.
