About PostDecks

PostDecks is a browser tool for agencies and creators who need clients to approve social posts before they go out. You enter a caption, profile details and images, and the page renders previews for X, LinkedIn, LinkedIn carousels, Instagram, Instagram Stories and Facebook, with a character counter for each platform's limit.

Client details such as name, handle and logo can be saved to reuse later, and the site says they are stored only on your device. You can choose which engagement counts, such as likes, comments, shares and views, appear on the previews, and add your brand name and logo to exports.

Once the post looks right, you share a link that the client can open to approve it, or you export a PDF for sign-off instead. The site notes that advertising space keeps PostDecks free to use, so there is no paid plan described on the page.
